Watertight Container Trike
We built a handful of these special trikes for Coca-Cola in 2006. They use them to to promote their drinks at festivals, beaches, concerts and so forth. It can't be simpler: just fill the bin with ice and drinks and go for it. There's a drainplug in the bottom to let out the water as it accumulates.
The bin is a standard (uninsulated) industrial unit, and we fabricated the hinges and stays from stainless steel. It makes quite a convenient container trike since its light, strong, easy to clean, can be covered with graphics and is easily replaceable if it gets damaged. That last part is quite likely given the abuse that promotional bikes see.
