Monark Long-John Transport Bicycle
Sadly, Monark Long John production has stopped but we can't bear to delete the page of our old friend. We still offer the modern, long-wheelbase transport bike from Bakfiets.nl. Its actually a much better bike than the Long John ever was, and infinitely better than the recent LongJohn copies.
A long-wheelbase transport bike carries a huge load, but still rides like a bike and squeezes through traffic. The low platform keeps it stable under load.
The LongJohn was a classic and practical Danish transport bike. Super robust: Moped rims and tires, heavily-reinforced frame and massive carriers.
