WHO DOES AND DOESN'T PAY VAT?

Which customers pay Dutch VAT with their WorkCycles purchases?

Customer is within the Netherlands:
- All customers, individual, business, nonprofit or government pay VAT.

Customer is within the EU but outside the Netherlands:
- All those without a valid VAT number pay Dutch VAT.
- Businesses and other enterprises with a legitimate VAT number do not pay Dutch VAT.

Customer is outside the EU:
- VAT is not charged when products are invoiced and shipped outside the EU.
- For customers from outside the EU purchasing goods to be self exported (usually by plane) we issue a Global Blue VAT refund Cheque.

There are no exceptions to the above rules.
